Allan Wendling

Allan Wendling has an engineering and financial background from the University of Michigan. He was instrumental in creating a collaboration between state government institutions, emergency alerting experts, public broadcasting stations, and high-level engineers. His high energy and enthusiasm for business and life is a a strength that keeps Clover Alert one the most innovative and fastest earthquake alerting devices in the world.

Steve Hastings has more than 18 years in datacasting technology having been a member of the ATSC s13 datacasting sub committee and has developed leading datacasting products since 2005. Steve is a recognized technical leader in broadcast, datacasting and video distribution technologies. Together with Nathan Ford he co-founded West Pond to leverage this knowledge and develop products that leverage powerful computing with design flexibility. The resulting designs provide for compact, flexible datacast equipment.

Art Botterell is a specialist in public warning and emergency information systems with more than forty years professional experience in public safety and emergency management. Art has designed, built and managed advanced public warning and public information systems for the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and for state and local agencies. He has served as a consultant on warning systems in the U.S., Asia, Australia, Europe and the Caribbean. Art conceived and led development of the international Common Alerting Protocol standard and helped guide development of the U.S. Wireless Emergency Alerts system.
