If for any reason, you have to return your Clover Device, please email us with the subject line "Return". Please provide a description of the reason for the return. The Clover team is eager to understand anything that we can do to provide better service. The biggest obstacle you may encounter is a poor reception of the Alert Signal. We have provided Alert Tower maps that highlight the strength of the Clover Alert Signal in your city. It is always important to place at least one Clover Device near a window and test the reception along all four sides of your building.
